So I want to learn that Which method should I use for retaining wall and box culvert. For examplie, Is opensees true for structre like this or Should I use own python code.

Glad you’re finding EngineeringSkills helpful. You could use your own code or OpenSeesPy to model a retaining wall. If you interested to understand the mechanics behind FEA modelling and how to implement, step-by-step, then this would be a suitable course to follow for these structures…
Having said that, if speed is a priority, OpenSeesPy (or Pynite) would have no problem modelling these structures.
