When we get course regarding 2d and 3d plate structure, it suppose to launch in march 2025 but still no status. Kindly provide the tentative date of launching this course.
Hey @jyskrwr - working on it at present. I pulled the due date from the site as I’m behind schedule and didn’t want to mislead on launch date. I would tentatively say end mid to end of June.

Hey am looking to buy the course(2d and 3d plate and shells ffinite element analysis) but you released this course for members only . when i able to purchase this course.
Hi @jyskrwr - this course will be available to non-members after all sections have been published to membrs - I’m hoping that this will be before the end of the year.
In truth, this course ended up growing quite a lot during production. TBH, it should really be two separate courses (1 plates and 1 shells) but I’ll almost certainly stick with the single course structure as that’s how I’ve started.

For a course on finite element analysis at this level, this delay is rather typical. Plate theory, element formulations, shear locking, meshing, and validation must all be covered in a proper 2D and 3D plate approach; these things cannot be hurried.
If March 2025 has passed, it’s typically not because it has been canceled but rather because the FEA material hasn’t been finalized. Until the 2D and 3D plate modules are completely validated, platforms hardly ever provide a definitive date. It is preferable to begin self-studying plate elements and the fundamentals of finite element analysis today rather than waiting for a changing launch date.
Hey @eliZabeth88,
Thanks for your contribution. As a general update…the course has definitely not been cancelled! But I am wildly behind schedule. Since my last post in this thread I have indeed split the course into two, as you can see from the website.
I must apologise for the delay in releasing part 2 (shells)! I always start out with the best intentions of hitting the published dates, but I’m largely on my own here and there’s always a lot to juggle and this often knocks me off schedule!
Thanks for your patience - again, the course is definitely not cancelled…just delayed! I hope to share an update via the mailing list soon. I’ll refrain from giving a date now as I’d like to get closer to having some sections ready for release before then.
Best,
Seán
