You might have noticed a couple of new tutorial on the website recently. One in particular is a complete introduction to the direct stiffness method. I’ve created a PDF guide of this and made it available to all members on the Premium All Access Plan. You should see it in your libraries now.
If you haven’t started any of the DegreeTutors courses on the Direct Stiffness Method yet, have a read through this as a primer. The guide focuses on the concept rather than the direct implementation that we also cover in the courses.
As a general update, I hope to start on the next course in January, further details to follow but with a little luck I’ll get a couple of more tutorials up on the site before then.
