Network error when watching a video

Hello-

I’m new to this forum so I apologize in advanced for any rookie mistakes. I’m getting the following network error when I try to play the videos (see screenshot below). I did an Internet speed check (which is not always reliable), and it seems to be good for watching High quality videos (76Mbps download, 63Mbps upload).

I tried with other courses, and I’m getting the same issue. Maybe it’s the time of the day/night so, I will continue testing this.

I checked and I can watch a video in YouTube.

Anything else I can do?

Hi @shukre.despradel - the site and video playback are functioning normally.

Have you tried refreshing the page? Occasionally this network error can appear but refreshing the page reloads the video and removes the error.
