Hi Sean, Do I understand correctly that this is only working with one pin in a member? So pin at begin AND end will not work correctly?
Ok, i think i know the answer…bit of a dumb question, can always split the member in more segements

There are no dumb questions Martijn! Sorry took me a while to get around to this. We can produce a stiffness matrix with pin’s at each end (following the same approach demonstrated in the course) - but you’re correct, a quick alternative is to simply break up the element into more segments…as you suggested
