Hie sean i came across this formula as i was doing a similar question from the textbook just wanted to understand cause it doesnt give the same answer like the one from this lecture

The expression in the image is for the maximum deflection at the centre of a circular plate with build-in (no rotation) perimeter and subject to a uniform pressure.
